Why do they ban straws while at the same time let bums shite in the street and hand out dope needles?

Have you heard the latest? They want to ban paper cups... like what you get your coffee in at Starbucks.
Paper cups must have a plastic lining because paper is not water proof. Plastic is bad.
Starbucks has already started charging customers in Europe 7 cents extra if they need a cup. The money does not go to removing plastic in recycling. It's a first punitive step to coerce customers to bring their own reusable coffee cups to SB.
