Democrat Congressman Lies on Fox

Said that the informant approached the FBI on his own accord to report wrongdoing. He's making it sound as if this guy was just chilling and learned some disturbing info he just needed to report to FBI. He wasn't working for nobody, guys! He was just a concerned citizen.

Is he referring to Halper or Downer?
We all know now that Halper is on the FBI/CIA payroll for six figures, so his credibility is crap.
Downer "supposedly" reported his conversation with PapaD on his own accord. But that sure as hell looks like it was a setup too.
Get the guy drunk and begin asking him questions about Russians out of the blue? There's no way that's just a coincidence. No freaking way.
Mifsud, Halper, and Downer... almost assuredly all part of a honey-pot entrapment scheme.
