He ran his timed 40 barefooted and Hank Stram timed it. If it made you laugh, do some research. You will find how clueless about Wilt you really are. Again, not taking anything away from Shaq. We will never know how they would have played against each other, but physically, it’s not even close.

Wilt could hurdle a billboard and once lapped a cheetah on the track.

Hand timed 40's can be way off.

True, hand 40 times are inaccurate. His track and field 100 time was 10.9 in competition, so that 40 time adds up.

Look, it’s obvious that the Shaq bias on this board is very strong. It will prevent some of you from appreciating Wilt at all. However, I’ve made my point. I’ll let the ridicule posts that will surely come in go unanswered.

The main point of this thread is Shareef, and I would be ecstatic if he ended up here.

If you love sports and love basketball, go watch some old film on Wilt and read some about him. He was absolutely amazing.

Polarizing? Do you know what that means?

Who doesn't love Shaq? Trump is polarizing. Shaq is like the Bill Murray of athletes. If you hate him, you're probably just a miserable person.

Man, that would hurt.

If its not LSU, please don't go to an SEC school. Watching Shaq cheer for another SEC team would give me the sads.

With the recent investigation into LSU basketball recruiting it would be very cool for O'Neal to commit to LSU so Wade could tell the NCAA committee "Go frick Yourself"

Wait, how is Shaq "polarizing"? Polarizing suggests that there are two groups of about the same size, one loving him, one hating him. What LSU fan hates Shaq?

He's not coming here, and as a post alluded to earlier, he's trending UK's way to make things worse

No NCAA investigation into Will Wade, the FBI investigation is completely separate dealing with Martin and Quarterman

Not really. Reid is a far better prospect than Shareef.

Wilt wouldn't have had time to take supplements. He was too busy bagging the ladies.

Shaq is quite aware of what is going on with Wade down here as HC. If we can land him then I'm all for it, but I do believe he will find meaningful minutes hard to come by next season. Naz is far and away the most talented guy on the block and I've said I believed Bigby-williams is the starting center from day one next year. He'll be fighting for backup minutes..

He doesn't play the same position as either of them, sooo...
