Seems to be a common thread that gets whitewashed out. Even if true - why would you do something that’s so easily tracked?

Drill that goes live seems to be recurring theme . That should make one question just how organic these shootings are .

If it's a coordinated hit you soften the target more by having them expect a drill. Less chance of people responding with fight/flight instincts. If.
