Doubt it, he is not a franchise QB and this is known. No one except for the Browns maybe would be stupid enough to sign him to a big money contract. He is a backup who can fulfill a starting role for a short period of time. Also Houston is not in the Market for a QB and he is not better than Bortles in Jacksonville. The only place he could go and have some success would be Arizona ,but that is going to be a brutal division for a few years to come. Honestly it is best he stays where he is at.

Browns need to draft the QB in this draft class. Enough said. If they dont draft a QB with the 1 or 4 pick, I will laugh until I cry.

Philly has to trade him or he gets the option of opting out of his current contract next Feb.
