Well no one is touching freeze for an on field spot...it seems to me that if Ensminger's plan is to go 3-4 wide, rpo heavy, tempo offense then freeze would be an outstanding asset on the shadow staff. You avoid much of the blowback associated with hiring him in an on field spot AND you acquire him for the primary reason many of us wanted him in the first place: assisting in constructing an offense that fits personnel, game planning, and in game adjustments.
