What's the food and drink board like to inject/season their birds with for frying?

We used the creole injector creole butter one liberally and it was really good.
Also seasoned with slap ya mama on and under skin

Tony Chachere's Creole butter is the best of the different creole butters.

Been using Heinz 57 or a favorite bbq sauce + Worcestershire sauce for years now, creole butter is good also.

Use 1.5 sticks of butter, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 T of Tony’s, 2 T Worcestershire sauce , 1/2 T black pepper, and 1 t garlic powder per bird.
