Do pro caddies develop back problems?

Carrying those huge tour bags on one arm on 5 days a week sometimes has to do some major work on the spine.

A lot of caddies end up with knee issues, all that walking with that big bag take a toll on the joints as well as the back.

The two I know didn't but they and all their buddies smoke A LOT of weed.
