I remember when I was in high school/college, I was a huge fan of Killswitch Engage. I got into the band when Howard Jones was the lead singer, and fell in love with their heavy as hell yet melodic sound. I recently started listening to their music again, and while I'm biased towards Howard because he was their singer when I was really into them, their music with Jesse Leach is also really good.

I heard them when they first came out. Jesse is a better singer and they made better music with him. Alive or Just Breathing was great.

Both were great. I am happy they went with Jesse again instead of someone else.

I was a huge fan of Howard. Jesse is fine too although I liked him better in their first album than the last couple.

Saw them live in Montreal last year with Jesse and also opening for Distubed with Howard a few years ago. Love the new sound with Jesse and he is a much better singer live than you would think. Some of their stuff, however, was made for only Howard's voice i.e. Arms of Sorrow

KSE is pretty damn good and they are the best of that genre IMO. Jesse and Howard are both special in their own way.
