Good Honest Contractor for Bathroom and Kitchen Remodel

I trust most of you guys a lot, so I'm coming here for your advise and recommendations.
I need the following done in my house:
Carpet up in hall and 3 bedrooms, then either refinish the wood floors underneath (i THINK they're original underneath, but not sure) or if it's not original wood, put some good floors down for me.
Bathroom remodel. The tub/shower is heavy, and has sunk around an inch since 2008. I need someone that can fix that if anything is sagging with the subfloor, then put new floor, new sinks, tiles, in the bathroom. I honestly would love someone that can rip out everything and give me a new bathroom.
Lastly, I need someone to take out a sink and garbage disposal, and replace with a one compartment sink and new disposal unit for me. The counter tiles and backsplash tiles all need to come out, then some sort of countertop and backsplash tiles under all the cabinets.
Cash in hand, no jerking anyone around, I need someone that will do this right the FIRST time, and I'll happily pay the premium for a top notch job.
Thanks guys!
If it motivates anyone a little more, I'll be happy to boil all the crawfish you can eat, all the boudin you'd like, and a full bar with hot bartenders when the job is done.

Wait another 3 months.
I figured people would be cutting corners and trying to get to as many jobs as they can with the flood. I also figured the good guys are probably backed up to eternity.
Think 3-6 months will be a reasonable time to line up someone good?

That's all I'm hearing. OP, I'd wait as long as you can and make sure they are licensed and insured. Good luck.

I have all the time in the world, it's a "want, not need" situation. I'd very much like to enjoy my house a little more, but I'm very much set on having an AWESOME contractor do it. Like I said, I want it done right the first time, and will DEFINITELY wait if that gives a better result. This isn't a function project, as much as a Finishes and Appearance upgrade.

I will check with my SIL for you tonight, but I'm sure he is booked for a couple more months if not more.
The floor work, that should be easy to get bids on now. Best to call all flooring companies around to see what is what for a bid. You don't need a contractor for that bid. But make sure you check thru BBB and Louisiana Contractors arse.
Of course, insurance and bonded only.
