That should have happened over 24 hours ago. The fact that nothing has been resolved still tells me that SEC has NO credibility.

We're going to end up getting screwed by this.

No.
The SEC HAD an obligation to tell Florida to play the game this weekend or forfeit. Play the game in Gainesville later Saturday or on Sunday. Play the game in Tallahassee later Saturday or on Sunday. Play the game in Tampa on Sunday. Play the game in BatonRouge later Saturday or on Sunday. . . . . or forfeit.

I think the game should be played Nov 19th but in Baton Rouge, to compensate LSU for the lost home game against S Alabama and to balance out the competitive impact of moving the game off this weekend. LSU would no longer have a gauntlet of road games to end the regular season. If Florida balks, adjust the schedule next season or in 2019 to give them the home game back.

I hope this game does not get played now....Screw the SEC...Screw Florida...Let the look like idiots. LSU should offer all sorts of "offers" which we know Florida will refuse, and get that shite out into the twitter and media world.

Heck NC Tigah, what about Monday night, could have already been put in place.

Link? It appears all they can do is cause difficulties, not really be helpful, classic bureaucracy- to big to get out of its own way

Has anyone posted the SEC commissioners email address? I'd be up for sending him an email with my thoughts and concerns. It may not do much but I bet a few hundred emails or so might get some things stirring.

Right. They forfeited the game. They just won't admit it.

With football games ongoing in Tampa and Miami today, and empty stadiums in Tallahassee and in Orlando, there were/are any number of possibilities aside from moving the game to BR. Looking at the aftermath, the game could have been played at UF today too.

If the SEC can't solve the problem then the commissar needs to be replaced

Oh the SEC could have easily solved this problem. Simple as pie.

"Hey Jeremy, every game in your state is going on. There are a dozen different laid out alternatives for you. Pick one or forfeit the game."

We'd be playing tomorrow in Gainesville.

This wasn't solved because Joe Alleva did not force it to be solved.
