Also, just about any company is going to require pre-pay, and LC, or something that will guarantee payment.

You could get in good with a truck driver and just have him skim a little off the top of what he doesn't drop at the station. That works well I hear.

This reminds me of the Always Sunny episode where they fill up a bunch of trash cans with gasoline...
