TIA to anyone that responds.

Tailgating with my family on Saturday. We are leaving Monroe around 8 and probably won't be getting to BR until around 11:30. I know there have been some changes to where people can park and tailgate and I was wondering if you guys knew of any places that we could park and set up somewhere near the stadium.

IMO that's a little late for the Auburn game, usually. But with the weather being what it is looking to be, if I was you, I would look into the field on the corner of Burbank and Nicholson. Free parking, decently close to the stadium, nice cops that work the area.

Wear shoes you wouldn't want to wear anywhere else but tailgating or on Bourbon Street, because this weekend will be nasty.

At that point, espcially for an SEC opponet, don't even bother.

Unless, of course, it is pouring.

First you wont really be able to get close to the stadium, and especially if you dont plan on getting out there until 1130

No umbrellas allowed in the stadium, so ponchos only. Coming in from Lafayette I-10 I presume, get off on the first exit off the east side of the bridge, Nicholson Dr. follow the exit ramp till you dead end, turn left on Nicholson first chance you get..not sure if you can right off the exit ramp..and Nicholson will take you right onto campus and the stadium. At that time park & walk your best bet from any side of the stadium

You're arriving too late to get near the stadium unless, as someone said, it's raining and there are spots left. If you get something close to the stadium arriving at that time, consider yourself very lucky.
