How mad would you be?

If we drafted Alex Len at pick #8 over Shabazz, MCW, and Trey Burke? He's 7'1" and young. They say his strengths are primarily defense and his low-post offense needs work. We could then have a trade chip in Robin Lopez and have another young piece to go along side AD. Now let me say this, I'm in NO WAY approving of this pick. Honestly, it would make me puke. I love Burke and also feel if he and Michigan beat the pants off of Syracuse this weekend, other teams ahead of us will definitely take a look if they haven't already. Do you think this is at all a possibility for us and if so, would your Pelican fandom be hurt?
I want Burke. He's young & basically carrying his team right now.
Also, Chad Ford's draft machine has us taking Burke every time.

Len's reputation is based on 2 games this year. He's been mediocre all year long. I'll be surprised if we really consider him in the top 10.

Pretty okay with it. I feel like passing on Burke would bite us later, but Len seems like he is a fairly safe pick.

People on here said the same thing about Myers Leonard last season and he has been doing well lately.

I'd really rather use the lotto pick on a perimeter player and have Benson drop 3 Large to pick up a late first and get Withey.

That's assuming he falls, but I can't say I'd be opposed. Withey is an under the radar guy, but he seems like one of the only guys coming out that will be a banger in the league. He's another one of the guys that I really think grades down due to complexion.
