I remember reading an interview years ago with Brooks & Dunn. The reporter was talking to one of the members in a hotel room and the guy ordered a club sandwich from room service. The guy said "You eat 200 meals a year on tour and you learn the only thing that can't get screwed up is a club sandwich."

I like the BBLTA at Pimanyoli's. It's not a true club sandwich because it has brisket instead of turkey and smoked apple slices, but it's close enough for government work.

George's club is about the only thing worth ordering there.

Maxwell's Grilled Chicken Club (add mayo) is my favorite sandwich anywhere.

Ivar's chicken club, called the breaststroke, was always a go-to on a Sunday after a night of heavy drinking. Haven't been there in years though so can't comment on it now.
