How in the hell do you figure that with the curret top individual tax rate of 37%. Never mind the ROI on all of that disposable income for the next decade.

I ran some more specific math. Using a 10% discount rate on future paychecks, 37% federal, 6% LA and 2% "misc taxes" (which seems low), it comes out to about $34M.

It's a lot of money, but it ain't what it used to be. Everyone on here has been complaining about inflation - a lot of which is on higher end items that people like CBK would presumably like to consume (e.g. real estate).
