What will they do when they have no more volunteers of supplies/labor?

I think my response to this letter would be to ask them for some statistics, broken down by race, of exactly who is the recipient of these free homes and who is doing the voluntary work on them.

Seems like the plan. A major hurdle of total government dependency is voluntary charity, along with the second amendment of course.
