Is this real?

No. There is no such rule.

The dorms are either mens dorms or women’s dorms and there is a rule against overnight stays but that is all. There’s no shortage of premarital relations.

If true, then a good portion of the student body would have been expelled in the late 80's when I visited up there....there was a lot of sex.

It was cold, people needed to stay warm.

Obviously there’s no rule for you because butt stuff doesn’t count.

I spent a year at Notre Dame before transferring to LSU and the discouragement of premarital sex is very real. Our fellow poster Jay Quest spent four years there and he will confirm that the rule does exist.

It's a Catholic university and there should be an expectation of such rules. Being a good southern girl, the rule was not an issue for me. Jay, on the other hand, will burn in hell for his antics there.

I went to HS with Bertrand Berry and kept in touch with him while he was at ND. There is certainly no shortage of sex in South Bend, IN.
