Why wouldn’t Boutte play?

Is there something floating around about Boutte?

I can only assume he is asking about Boutte based on the last two years of our best players sitting out

May be an unpopular opinion, but if he is still on the team after the challenges that he has faced (and yes, even if he was responsible for those challenges), I am rooting for Emery to get onto the field next year. I am rooting for him to shine.

There was talk of a transfer. In fact, he told one person he would transfer if it wasn’t Riley. I don’t know if he actually will though.

Brennan will be the starting QB at LSU in 2022.

I think Boutte will play....he's a football player and likes to play ball. Brennan's situation I think is a bit more difficult because of the uncertainty of how he would fit into the mix and with him on the tail end of his eligibility. Emery is a great talent...not sure where he is on getting his academic issues worked out.

It was reported earlier this afternoon that Coach Kelly has already been in contact with Brennan and Boutte. Maybe we aren't the idiots........
