He has done fairly well recruiting at ND. Would love to poach a few of their recruits.

Walker Howard isn’t going anywhere. We can start there

The first thing I noticed immediately looking through his last four recruiting classes is the amount of offensive tackles he’s brought in each class he’s brought in 12 offensive tackles in last 4 years most of them being 4 stars while also bringing in multiple interior linemen and TE’s so safe to assume our Oline recruiting will finally take off

ND currently has the #4 class in the country moron. Not to mention they are severely limited by their high academic standards. Kelly is an incredible recruiter.

Exactly. He's a bit prickly, but Kelly is a great coach and great recruiter. And I imagine he'll be pretty motivated to get over the hump after losing in the playoffs previously. He'll be able to recruit the guys he needs here.

It’s November… his previous 4 classes: 9, 18, 15, 10. Nobody in south Louisiana is itching to play for Kelly

They have put a bunch of guys in the league too. His main offensive weakness has been recruiting difference makers at the skill positions…Louisiana should fix that.

Quick question, what do you think ND’s acceptance rate is?

Acceptance rate isn’t relevant for scholarship athletes. Average of 4.0 GPA to attend for a regular student. A 2.5 as a 5 star gets in to Notre dame. NCAA D1 requirements for an athlete are 2.3.

Hes the winningest coach in ND history. Kids will line up to play for him. He got impressive recruiting classes considering ND is not in the sec and you have to live in indiana.

You think kids in New Orleans care that he won games at ND? They’re looking straight to Saban with this hire. Won’t have a top 5 class the next 3 years at least.

He needs to start by raiding OU's class. There are some stunned 4 and 5 star recruits.
