Assuming of course the LR press conference statement is real, which is a higher probability than not, then we have a better idea of what shape we are in.

If Riley is turning us down then something happened on his end. All you can do is offer, ultimately the ball is on Riley's court and it's his decision to accept or not accept. Just because he didn't don't mean Woody failed all it means is Riley don't want the job.

It’s that simple sometimes. As LSU fans, we simply can over estimate the want for this job. Maybe we are wrong ant it’s not as highly sought after as we want to believe. At this point, I hope Woodward can just find the best candidate that wants to be here. If that’s Napier, Aranda, or even Campbell, I will be behind that coach 100% until they show me that I shouldn’t be: Same as I was with Coach O

That's always used without context. Look where Miles is now, certainly not LSU's fault. O was losing his shite personally and it was gushing over onto the team, the school shouldn't have to put up with that shite.
