No it doesn’t.
Georgia in (unless somehow Bama loses tonight but beats them, then I don’t know what you do. My guess would be the SEC is left out of the playoffs and they should be if this happens)
Cincinnati in
Michigan in
Notre Dame in
Nothing Oklahoma does will likely put them in the playoffs. Not even winning their conference championship. It will take several teams in front of them losing. If the Georgia/Bama chaos I mentioned above happens, if Cincinnati loses their championship game or if Michigan loses theirs, then maybe Oklahoma gets in if they win out.

I Don't see how Cincinnati or Michigan has any case over OU if they lose their CCG and OU wins theirs. Cincinnati would have a worse loss and no conference championship. Michigan would have two worse losses and no conference championship.
