I’m thinking it’s Stoops.
Stoops has built a pretty good team without very high-ranking recruiting classes. Kentucky is also ranked 3rd(?) in the SEC for players in the NFL since she’s been there despite being picked to bottom out the SEC east each year. With LSU about to take a major hit at recruiting and kids hopping in the portal soon, it isn't that crazy of a thought.
