There are few enough facts out there without writing long, fictional diatribes. None of your idea is based in reality. The cops are saying she instigated a road rage incident, then intentionally hit him, then got home, where she was safe inside. He was sitting quietly out front, with the witnesses, on the phone with 911. She came out to scream at them, then pointed a gun at him.

That's the facts, Jack.

I've looked at three articles and none say that.

The video showing him laying in the road to be arrested does not appear to be in front of the house where she was killed from looking at google maps.

Also, he was in her front yard according to multiple articles.

Some crazed biker follows me home and pulls into my yard I'd probably come out with a gun as well.

I wouldn't wait for him to pull his though.

How do you know this part?

Also, did you see where she lived?

How is she safe inside with multiple people rolling up on her residence? The guy who shot her said others had guns as well. I wonder if it was the other guys with him?

How do you know he was sitting in his vehicle? He was in her yard when the police arrested him.
