Iowa is not exactly the easiest place to recruit which is why they have been so terrible before he got there! He would have to step up his recruiting here, but let’s be real Lsu is a much easier place to recruit than Iowa st. We will never have a problem recruiting, we need a coach that can develop when they get here! I think it’s obvious that Campbell can do that.
No saying he is the ideal Hire but he would be a tremendous upgrade over the last 2 coaches we have had.

All I know is Campbell’s teams will play hard and be fundamentally sound.
If he can put a solid staff together I would not mind that hire at all.

He should be expected to win a NC within first 3 years like last 2 coaches we had, agree?

So you are going to be ok with us hiring a coach that is looking at a 6-6 season in the face? Nevermind the fact this was supposed to be his best team ever there and he could possibly go 6-6. You guys fall in love and make excuses,and ignore the facts, when you know deep down she's gonna ruin your life!

And keep them. In this new era coaches that are skilled at this will excel. It’s a different sort of leadership that is required.
