Tell the guests and they won't show up saving you even more money!

quote:

Perhaps forgo the turkey,” NBC’s Vicky Nguyen suggested. “Some people think turkey is overrated. It tends to be the most expensive thing on the menu. Maybe have an Italian feast.”
And then came the kicker…
“If you tell everyone you’re not having a turkey,” she chirped, “some guests may drop off, and that will save money too.”

Turkey was $.69/lb a couple of weeks ago. Plus, she probably does her turkey in the oven. Dry and tasteless. I would forgo that too.

Was patiently awaiting liberal filth to tell me this is a good thing.

Thanks NBC for stepping up to the plate.

There needs to be a national movement…

Don’t invite anyone from NBC to Thanksgiving.

Turning off the TV and not watching NBC will also save me money.

I found turkey for .39 a pound. NBC must stand for the Nancy and Bernie channel.

These people really do live in another world. All three probably pay somebody to fix it or go out. Turkey is by far the cheapest protein right now. I think mine was like 7 bucks for a breast and that's probably high.

A true Italian feast would include a Beef Roast. How much would that cost Vicky?

These people are so fricking brain dead.

Meh. Turkey is overrated.

That's why we are doing a standing rib roast (prime rib).
