Yeah. By the end of the day, I think the progressive holdouts cave and hes acquitted, or they give up and call it hung 11-1 or 10-2.

It's a hung jury. The judge should just interview every one, and I'd the ones who are against say it's because he shouldn't have been there, mistrial with preduidice.

We already know that liberals do not care what the video shows. They want KR convicted and will ignore what their own eyes see. And the odds of having at least one miserable liberal on a 12 person jury is strong. So there you go.

This tells me there are very few holdouts, or they are very meticulously going through everything. If it was split I think they would probably call it.

Is the judge allowed to speak with each individual juror alone? I literally don’t know, but if he has that authority I would certainly take advantage of it so he can get a feel for the overall tone of the jury.

Is this even an option? This trial has made me realize how little i know about the court system.
