Where was Riley a head coach before he got the OU job? Day? Kirby? Aranda?
If we hired Napier right out of his Clemson OC gig no one would care. But because he decided to coach the sunbelt before jumping to p5, he’s the devil?

False. This board overwhelmingly wants a coach with head coaching experience in a power 5 conference.
You see anyone asking for Venables to be hired? No you don’t.
The closest you got to it is Aranda and the ONLY reason people are ok with him being considered is because he was already a coach here and did well and appears to be doing well at Baylor
