Why? I have Aranda above Napier on my wish list, but both are big risk, with Aranda being the bigger risk.

How is Aranda a bigger risk than Napier? Aranda is a proven and highly regarded defensive coach. Napier is supposed to be good on offense but I haven’t seen anything to prove that. His offense is actually very bland and underwhelming. He has no sustained work as a coordinator or shown any real expertise in anything.

That's just dumb. Risk is related to floor not ceiling. Given his current body of work Aranda has one of the highest floors of anyone.
