Add 2 more to the COVID body count for Kenosha in August 2020.

Democrat policies putting more AR-15s on the streets.

Just when you thought you couldn't love the Kenosha Kid any more than you already did!

And that investment likely pays off several hundred times over if/when he wins a defamation suit against CNN et all.

Someone is in trouble. Felony to do a straw purchase. He was 17 at the time.

My guess is that anyone who filed taxes over a certain amount and wasn’t considered a dependent was eligible.

Christ, I think people with no jobs who got enough welfare money were eligible for it.

But would he have gone to and have been present at the riots without it? Strong assumption.

Was it bought from an FFL with the intent of reselling it? If not, it’s not a straw purchase. Maybe Kyle just is so pro life that he counted date of conception.

So what is a straw purchase? Simply put, a straw purchase is when one person buys a gun for another person who is not allowed to own a gun. It is a way for a person who is not prohibited from owning a gun to get a gun to somebody who is

So, it would be the purchaser that could be in trouble which would be Dominick Black. I would would imagine a transfer would have to take place which didn't happen.

I didn't know who bought it but if Kyle gave Dominick the money to buy it and Dominick said "No" to are you buying this for someone else, then yeah, he is in trouble. I would imaging ATF would be interested in talking with one Dominick Black.

I don't know why all of the Kyle worshipers let the worship get in the way of right and wrong.
