I had a bone spur in the groove where my bicep runs. I had surgery 7 months ago to remove it and had to cut the bicep and attach to humerus since it was shredded. Felt great after 4 months but then I over did it and tore my rotator cuff and labrum. Had surgery on that last Friday and going to rehab it very slowly.

Interesting. Well sounds like the surgery works. I'm just skeptical.
