Preston is a perfect example of a “reporter” that don’t know shite. This thing may not get done, but he’s all but denying talks have even happened by stating this sarcastically about the agent deal. Whether he comes or not, I think it’s a pretty sure thing that the two sides have had talks

Actually If the agent stuff is true, IMO it makes it MORE LIKELY that something is happening. Jokes on him

In his attempt to throw a wet blanket on Riley-LSU, he inadvertently confirmed that it is Riley to LSU

I can find no evidence that Bob Lamonte is Riley's agent and the only one who reported that Bob Lamonte is talking to LSU is Lonn who is as disreputable as they come. Lamonte isn't like Sexton who represents everybody. A few NFL guys and a handful of smaller time college coaches.

Nothing I said mentioned anything like that. I presented facts that were relevant to my audience. Never once did I mention anything else. Never once have I hinted at any of that. I very much believed and still believe LSU has been in extensive contact with Riley.

In fact, if you go look at my podcasts, I’ve been on on the Lincoln Riley trail for quite a while.

Unfortunately when non-reputable reports surface with inaccurate information, a lot of people can still believe it. Fact-checking rumors and reports like that is important.
