What is your covid vitamin regiment?

I am vaccinated but believe that a vitamin protocol can be an effective tool in helping prevent covid or lessen the symptoms whether you or vaccinated or not.
I am currently taking 500 mg quercetin(which I had heard of but never taken) twice daily along with 100 mg zinc twice daily. Also 500 mg vitamin C, 2000 IU D3, at least 1000 mg lysine, and famotidine once or twice per day.
I read here that black cumin seeds may have some anti-viral properties and have a bag I bought about four years ago for an Indian recipe but doubt they are still good. May add those or black cumin oil.

I just make sure I am out and about wearing no mask and getting regular exposure so my natural immunities get a regular daily workout.

I eat anything I want, just take the old man vitamins. Haven’t caught the CCP Virus yet, that I know of.

Unvaccinated and nothing. I got massive antibodies though. I had over 1,400 count of antibodies when over .8 is considered having antibodies at last check, mid-October. I drink whiskey on the rocks about 3 times a week. Is that vitamins?

I take a bunch of stuff including a multi-vitamin, about 3 grams of vitamin C, plenty of zinc, calcium and magnesium, Turmeric, vitamin D and K2. And a baby aspirin.
I think the vitamin C is highly underrated.
Also i do a really good job of avoiding refined foods such as flour and sugar as well as other highly processed foods. No boxes and no bags.

Healthy diet and exercise. Daily multivitamin. Fully
vaccinated. Zinc lozenges when a fellow employee becomes infected. N95 mask due to the nature of my work. I’m exposed at work pretty regularly and haven’t ever tested positive.

1000 mg of Quercetin daily, plus 200 mg zinc and 500 mg D3 as recommended by personal MD friend who is a retire med school prof/research guy back in March 2020, due he could get HCQ and I couldn't. FWIW, it's an old normal practice for anyone going to a hospital to get 250 mg of zinc if for respiratory issues. Taught in med schools for decades per my friend.
If I eat oysters, I don't take any zinc that day.
Because I home office, afternoon work on non rain days is on a bench in the backyard if I just need phone and send/receive email. Sun is better for you than just D3

Same plus B complex, tart cherry, omegas, among other things. I also take one of the fruit/veggie blends instead of the general multi vitamin. Also a daily shake of beet root powder, wheatgrass, and apple cider vinegar.
This has been a staple and has never had anything to do with covid. I'm sure it helped as I have covid antibodies and never knew I had it.
People need to try and be as healthy as possible and take care of themselves every day regardless. That would be a better public health message than what you get today, but we all know that's not going to happen.

Zinc, D3, C, B12, B complex. Wuhan free. I did reluctantly get the jab due to possible international travel.

Always have taken multiple vitamins daily. COVID just made us add some to our regimen. Vitamin B, D, C, Lysine, Zinc, multi, fish oil, turmeric. Makes urine yellow
