Not gonna win any Oscar's, but a fun time and you really can't go wrong with the leads.

Pretty fun movie. Got a lot in common with 6 Underground which I enjoyed in a similar way

Agree. Fun movie. Turn off your brain and don't overthink it. Yes, everyone was typecast. Gal was wonder woman, Renolds was deadpool, the rock was the rock. The plot was indiana jones meets heist film.
It's not gonna win any awards, but it's perfect for a fun friday night netflix show.

I will say this. Thank god for Patty Jenkins and the casting of Gadot as WW. That extra weight she put on for that role, she has kept, and she’s easily the sexiest woman alive. She is hawt.
This movie also proves how dumb of a fricking decision it was by Patty to remove Gadot’s inherent charm and “funness” with that steaming pile of manure WW84. Gadot had fun. Was charming. And again. Hawt. Not that morose “woe is me I’m so unhappy” blandness.

I don’t think the rock is a good enough actor to really go any deeper than these throwaway action movies
Hell, his flirting with Gal Gadot felt weird as hell because he weirdly doesn’t seem to be able to develop on screen romantic chemistry with anyone. Being next to Ryan Reynolds probably didn’t help in that case
As for Reynolds, I think we’ve seen what happens when he does other type of roles and it’s usually not great. I think he’s just this generations Chevy Chase with a lot more humility, but I’m not sure if there’s another layer to him as an actor than this Deadpool well he keeps returning to
And I’m fine with both of them staying in their respective lanes. Sometimes you gotta know your skills set and stay within the lines

I personally think them jumping thousands of feet from a tower into an ocean and escaping a Russian prison as a tad bit more unrealistic but that’s just me

I remember thinking this at the time, but it was explained at the end.
Seeing her in the red dress and bikini was worth the time spent. I really enjoy the British Interpol actress. Sexy accent and big boobs.

We highly enjoyed it. Out of all the 50+ original movies when netflix announced last year this was by far one of the most entertaining as well as the one I was most looking forward to. Dumb but very entertaining.
