The prosecution has presented a masterful case. Only problem is that they forgot they are supposed to be presenting the case to convict Kyle, and not to prove him innocent. I’ll be generous and add an “almost” here- almost every one of their witnesses has given testimony that supports the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse.

-dude shot & wounded by Rittenhouse admitted on the stand Rittenhouse only fired on him when he pointed his gun at Rittenhouse
-same dude who was wounded by Rittenhouse admitted Kyle's life was in danger due to "head trauma" when skateboard dude attacked Rittenhouse and Rittenhouse killed him
(ETA: -same wounded dude admitted he filed a $10MM civil suit following the incident where he left out the fact that he was in possession of a gun that night in the complaint)
-medical examiner testified Rosenbaum's hand had to be in contact with Rittenhouse's gun to pick up some of the injuries he sustained
-lead investigator testified he had a signed search warrant for wounded dude's phone by the DA's office told him to not serve said search warrant
-lead investigator basically confirmed they made no effort to get the skateboard in question
-autist witness accused the ADA of pressuring him into changing his signed police statement
-GRAMBO!!!!!!
