Prarieville Fruit Stand

I saw some signs for a "P'Ville" fruit stand today. It's located on Airline between the Prarieville Walmart and Frank's.
They had pencil-thin asparagus, ripe avocados and nice looking red onions. I always have trouble finding those three things so they have become my earmarks of a good produce vendor.

Good note on the place. Hope to check it out soon, glad to see it is better than that POS stand in gonzales.
Btw, why the he'll don't they put a/c in those damn places? Is it for any specific reason or just money? Nothing like sweating all over the fruit while picking out apples.

You are correct. Porky's was never the same after they moved from that POS shack on the corner of 42 & 73.

Porky I think got sold too many times. Not to mention it didn't really stand out. Still was good enough to get by. The land probably became worth more than the business.

I think the idea is to have good product for cheap. A/C and walls cost money.
