Probably. I don't see how they could reconcile striking down the CDC's rent controls and not knocking down this OSHA mandate.

Good point. If the pandemic doesnt rise to the level that the CDC can use ETS to put a moratorium on rent, how does the same court allow OSHA to use ETS to force workers to be injected?
