Two men were shot last night at the intersection of Mandeville and N. Roman streets early Tuesday morning, police said.
Officers responded at 3:30 a.m., when a 30-year-old man flagged them down. He had gunshot wounds. They found the other shooting victim, a 37-year-old man, nearby. EMS took both men to the hospital.

It’s to the point where we’d be more surprised if any Democrat majority city could go 24 hours without a shooting.
So this is no surprise or breaking news anymore.

Before Katrina, St. Roch had one of the best pool halls in the city. And even back then I wouldn’t have been out on the street there at 3:30 in the morning.

That would have been a great climate change for NOLA.
