Uh, the US isn't a feeble laughing stock right now.
Pretty much every Western country views the US much more favorably under Biden than Trump. This has been pretty well-reported by Pew and other organisations.
America's image abroad rebounds under Biden
Think about the messenger. The Chinese government says something because they have to keep their domestic population happy. Any harsh action by the US results in the CCP criticizing the US and the president. Biden isn't changing his Chinese policies nor has he scrapped tariffs, which is why the Chinese government is calling him weak.
