I hope they do it. I think we are long overdue for states to flex their muscles to the federal government.

Yeah right. My wife and our local state rep presented legislation last year to curtail both the governor's emergency powers along with the county health officer's. As small business owners, we didn't want either individual to be able to shut down portions of the economy without the legislature at least weighing in. The legislation didn't make it our of committee and hasn't been readdressed.
