In a perfect world how much can we offer him? Has to be cheaper than paying buy outs right?

Steelers have been one of the top NFL franchises for the last 50 or so years, he's not leaving to come to LSU. He's successful enough in Pittsburg. We aren't going to offer enough money to make him leave.

Guy has tons of money and has been to the top of the football mountain in NFL and 2 Super Bowls...

$12mln per year should get fire in the belly. I don't see it w/Tomlin.
