If you ever want to see the true nature of an individual, give them a little power.
There are a lot of people in positions of authority that have no business teaching children; much less, special needs children. It's sickening that many of our noble institutions have become little more than a means to an end. Just... a job. For every case like this that gets media attention there are probably dozens of others exactly like this - probably worse.
If we can't trust the people teaching our kids, then who can we trust? Think of how your elderly parents and grandparents are being treated in nursing homes. Think of how you will be treated should you become sick and end up in an ICU. Most likely you'll be treated well, but there are too many people out there that will treat you like an nuisance to be dealt with - not the respect you and your loved ones deserve.
This pandemic has brought to light the awful nature of humanity that we seem to forget exists. The willingness to go along with orders despite how wrong they may be, or worse - the inability to discern right from wrong.

The worst is radicals who don’t have kids on school boards

My concern with the whole "get on the school boards" mantra. It initially sounds good and the fix, but damn once they get in position what will happen to them? I see some of the people pushing this stuff and just don't see the typical lefties, but people corrupted after by the Soros types and the AGs SiL types. People on these boards aren't shielded from contractors etc wanting to do work with the schools.
Perhaps if we are hiring new irs agents they should be for a special division dedicated to auditing public officials from the top down. Not from their private time but from the time they go into public office. Ed if they are full-timers.
