Is Jack Nicholson’s line at the end of A Few Good Men the most famous movie line

“You want the truth, you can’t handle the truth”. That has to the the top 5 all time famous movie lines up there with “luke I am your father”.
A few good men was on BBC America tonight. Anytime I see it on I’m glued to the tube.

But no, I don't think "You can't handle the truth" is the most famous movie line of all time - or even close to it. It may not even be Jack's most famous line. "Here's Johnny!" has to be up there somewhere.

I actually agree. "You can't handle the truth" might be the most popular line of all-time. Just familiar and iconic. Almost thirty years old.
Other stuff like E.T. phone home, need a bigger boat, offer he couldn't refuse, Play it Sam, I don't give a damn, smell of Napalm in the morning, etc...all great, but I say Jack owns the title for now.
