I personally know a contractor who provided some services for the 2016 Trump campaign on a Friday and had his money on the following Tuesday.
Work being work, this guy also provided the same services for the Hillary campaign. Last I heard, he was still waiting on a check.

All what contractors?
Trump has been a builder for decades. If he was simply not paying people, there would have been hundreds coming forward.
So what's missing from the story? Did the contractors miss deadlines and cost money? Were they thieves? Padding the bill?
