Also had players in his locker room threatening to "Sandusky" (as a verb) freshmen in a locker room hazing incident he swept under the rug.

I mean whatever you wanna think about Franklins culpability here, but Penn State has a bit of a conflict of interest so telling me that they cleared him (after a quarter century of covering up the biggest sports scandal in history) doesn’t really hold water
