none of us hate capitalism, but it doesn't bother you when a bad coach gets a massive buyout merely for failing?

It's like a bad CEO who ran a company into the ground, but has a sick golden parachute.

Now sure, it's all in the contract so the guy gets what's required, but you're not human if you're not a little bothered by an utter failure being rewarded with an massive buyout.
