The state is loaded, both are very attractive

Louisiana and Mississippi have dominated the per capita NFL numbers for decades, although Nebraska, Oklahoma and Bama all do well in the category. Georgia isn't even on the radar, per capita.

We struggle to fill offensive tackle and QB slots from within the state, without question, historically.
