Meh.
I'm in a town of barely over 3000 people and we have a company here (that I just applied to, fwiw) that employs about 45 total, and depending on your position your starting hourly pay is $22-42/hr.
Position I'm hoping to get will start me around 28, but I'll move up to around 35 with cross training within 18 months.
Small business is where it's at. But if the hammer does fall and the SCOTUS rules these mandates somehow Constitutional, then yes, small businesses will 100% be on the block with court precedent. It's imperative that SCOTUS strikes this down summarily, but I have my worries.

You and me both. The fact that things have gotten this far is nuts, so it wouldn't shock me to see either a case actually get to the SCOTUS, or them ruling in Biden's favor. That 100% shouldn't happen, but it definitely wouldn't shock me...unfortunately.
