I would Love Aranda as Head Coach with Kendall Briles as the OC.

I see Aranda as a young Saban. He was one of the best DC’s in the business and his demeanor reminds be a lot of Saban. Team him up with a great OC like Kendall Briles and this LSU team would be great again. My second choice would be Luke Fickell. Either hire would be a home run hire. LSU needs some stability and great representation and both of those guys give it to you. Not someone like Kiffin.

Couldn’t agree more, and he’s young. Bring him in and build a dynasty. If you can’t get him then do all you can to get Fickell. I just really hope this hire doesn’t come down to race.

I like what I’m seeing out of Aranda. He has some tough games coming up.

My issue with aranda is can he recruit? You can win a lot of games with coaching but we need a coach who can also recruit otherwise you will not be able to beat 2-3 of the teams in the SEC consistently without those elite players.

Aranda is building his dynasty now. Strong team, brings in great recruits, and Baylor has lots of money. He'll stay where he's at and name his price in 5 years.
