I was going to say the same thing.
It doesn't look like any of the participants are actual transvetites, to me they look like kids making fun of transvestites.

Yea my Highschool baseball team would have a beauty pageant with all the guys dressed up like women. They would put it on for the student body and it was actually pretty funny.

Considering there's a "Gender Sexuality Alliance" at the school, I don't think this was just a making fun of trannies thing.
